Meet the Baker
Hi, I'm Emily, the baker behind Cluck & Crust. I’m a Colorado native, an ER nurse, and a mom to two busy boys. So life here is rarely quiet, but always full.
Baking sourdough started as a way for me to slow down and create something simple and nourishing in the middle of a fast-paced life. What began in my kitchen quickly turned into something I loved sharing with others.
When I’m not at the hospital or baking, you’ll usually find me outside caring for our animals. I’ve got a soft spot for chickens and cows. They’re a big part of the heart behind Cluck & Crust.

Because our flock is small and we only offer what our hens and ducks naturally provide, availability is limited, making each dozen just a little more special.
